How an order becomes a sale, and what each side can expect.
An order is a request until we confirm it
Placing an order reserves nothing by itself: we check the items and message you on WhatsApp to confirm what is in stock, the total and when it can arrive. The sale is made when we confirm it. If something has sold out or the price has changed since you loaded the page, we will tell you before anything is dispatched, and you are free to walk away.
Prices and discounts
Prices are in Kenyan shillings and include what is shown on the product page. Delivery is added at checkout according to the method you pick — see the delivery terms. A discount code applies to one order, and only while it is valid and within its usage limit; the code is checked again when we confirm the order.
Paying
You pay on delivery — cash or M-Pesa — when the order reaches you or when you collect it. Staff may send an M-Pesa prompt to the number you gave us; we will never ask for a PIN, and nobody from the shop will ask you to send money to a personal number.
Delivery times
The windows shown at checkout are what we aim for, not a guarantee: traffic, weather and the rider's route all move them. We will tell you on WhatsApp if your order is going to be late, and you can cancel any order that has not gone out yet.
Faults, returns and warranty
What is covered, for how long, and how to start a return is on the warranty and returns page. Gas cylinders and refills are their own case — check the seal and the weight with the rider before they leave.
If something goes wrong
Message us first — most things are settled in a few minutes on WhatsApp. These terms are governed by Kenyan law.
